NEW ORLEANS LAUNDRY DAY FRITTERS. Susan Feniger’s Street. Soft red bean and rice cakes fried crispy; served with crystal hot sauce cream and andouille sausage crumbles. These were ok. A bit dry. Terrific concept though and they looked delicious.
